My approach to therapy is warm, supportive, and honest. I create a space where you feel comfortable being yourself while also offering clear, thoughtful feedback. Together, we focus on what’s feeling difficult, what’s already working, and practical steps to help you feel more confident, connected, and in control of your life.

Together, we’ll build confidence, clarity, and stronger coping skills. You’ll gain practical tools to manage stress, improve relationships, and break unhelpful patterns. I often suggest simple exercises or tasks between sessions to help you practice skills and support real, lasting change. I feel the real therapy is done outside of our session.

Clients often mention and appreciate my "candor." I am friendly, compassionate, and want you to feel safe and comfortable when working with me. But I will not hesitate to challenge or call you out.

I provide support for clients experiencing: Depression, Relationship Issues, and Substance Abuse. I can guide you in addressing these concerns with a personalized approach to achieve your goals. Some of these goals might include having better communication skills, finding healthier ways of coping with trauma, or finding answers while feeling stuck in a rut.

Truthfully, I did not learn the issues you discuss by reading about them from a book. I have been in the chair on the opposite side of the therapist. I have grown as a person throughout the years and want to pass along what it takes to feel like a stronger person. It is the reason why I became a therapist.

I am 100% virtual and offer evenings and weekends to accommodate your busy schedule. I also pride myself on starting the intake process quickly as well as being flexible with times that are more convenient for you. I also accept most insurance plans.
